AGREEMENT

Music Licensing Agreement & Refund Policy

This Music Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] by and between [crystal music] ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee"). By purchasing and downloading the licensed track ("Track") from our online store, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

  1. Grant of License:
    Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Track in one production only (e.g., one film, one advertisement, etc.). The pricing listed in the store applies solely to this single use. Any additional use or usage in multiple projects will require a separate license and may incur additional fees.

  2. Delivery:
    Upon purchase, the Track will be delivered in digital format (MP3 and WAV files) via an electronic download link   IMMIDIATELY AFTER  purchase,  Licensee is responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure successful delivery.

  3. Payment, Quality Guarantee, and Refund Policy:
    The purchase price, as indicated at the time of sale, constitutes full payment for the license granted herein. Licensor warrants that the Track is delivered in top-quality digital audio in both MP3 and WAV formats, meeting the highest standards of production and sound. All sales are final, and no refunds shall be provided once the Track has been delivered, except in the event of a documented technical error on the part of the Licensor that prevents Licensee from accessing the Track. Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery and will be subject to verification by Licensor.

  4. Warranties and Disclaimers:
    Licensor represents that it holds all necessary rights to license the Track. The Track is provided "as is" without any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Track.
