Crystal Music Supervision Artist Catalogue Inclusion Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of [Effective Date] by and between Crystal Music Supervision ("CMS") and [Artist Name] ("Artist").

  1. Submission of Tracks:
    Artist agrees to submit two (2) high-quality digital tracks in both MP3 and WAV formats ("Tracks") for inclusion in the CMS catalogue. Crystal Music Supervision.

  2. Grant of License:
    Artist hereby grants CMS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute, sell, and license the Tracks via CMS's website Crystal Music Supervision. This license authorizes one-time use licenses (e.g., for film) at a set price, as detailed below. Crystal Music Supervision

  3. Pricing and Payment Terms:
    Each Track will be licensed for $500 per use. CMS shall retain a fee of $100 from each sale, with the remaining $400 paid to Artist Crystal Music Supervision. Payments will be made on a [monthly/quarterly] basis following verified sales reports.

  4. Term:

  5. Option to Update Catalogue:

  7. Governing Law:

ARTIST AGREEMENT

Crystal Music Supervision and Artist Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] by and between Crystal Music ("Company") and [Artist Name] ("Artist"). By entering into this Agreement, Artist agrees to provide high-quality digital tracks in MP3 and WAV formats ("Tracks") to Company, and Company agrees to sell such Tracks under a nonexclusive license at a retail price of $500 per track.

1. Grant of License:
Artist hereby grants Company a nonexclusive license to sell, distribute, and license the Tracks in digital format. Exclusive rights may be negotiated and documented in a separate agreement if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

2. Delivery of Tracks:
Artist shall deliver each Track in top-quality digital format (both MP3 and WAV) to Company, ensuring that each Track is available for immediate download upon purchase. All Tracks must meet the quality standards agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment and Royalties:
For each Track sold at $300-$500, Artist shall receive $200-$400, with Crystal Music retaining a fee of $100-$150. Payments will be made [specify payment schedule, e.g., monthly] based on verified sales, and no refunds shall be provided once a Track has been delivered.

4. Representations and Warranties:
Artist represents and warrants that all Tracks are original works, free of any claims or infringements on third-party rights, and meet the top-quality production standards required for digital distribution.

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either party with [e.g., 30 days'] written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for sold Tracks shall be paid in accordance with this Agreement.
