Music Licensing Agreement & Refund Policy

This Music Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] by and between [crystal music] ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee"). By purchasing and downloading the licensed track ("Track") from our online store, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License:
   Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Track in one production only (e.g., one film, one advertisement, etc.).    Upon purchase, the Track will be delivered in digital format (MP3 and WAV files) via an electronic download link   IMMIDIATELY AFTER  purchase,  Licensee is responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure successful delivery. Allison Dream

3. Payment, Quality Guarantee, and Refund Policy:
   The purchase price, as indicated at the time of sale, constitutes full payment for the license granted herein. Licensor warrants that the Track is delivered in top-quality digital audio in both MP3 IMMIDIATELY and WAV  , meeting the highest standards of production and sound. All sales are final, and no refunds shall be provided once the Track has been delivered, except in the event of a documented technical error on the part of the Licensor that prevents Licensee from accessing the Track.
